My Review of Cycle One

So Cycle One of my 90 Day Plan with the Body Coach came to an end last week, so I've submitted my results and I'm now moving on to the next 30 days or Cycle Two.
So how have I found Cycle One?

Cycle One has been really good, hard, but good, and a lot less complex than Cycle 2 from what I've read so far, for those of you that haven't read (or cant be bothered to - don't worry I hate reading too) my other blogs about Cycle One I will give you a brief run down of the main points of the first cycle.

FOOD
One carb meal AFTER your 30 min HIIT session - apparently this helps your body recover and process the carbs better. You can do the workout whenever you like in the day, there's carby breakfast, lunch and dinner options so you're not stuck having rice for breakfast (unless you're having the coconut and basmati rice protein pancakes) which are actually really good if you're interested!
WORKOUT
The HIIT session can be chosen from any of the abundance of workouts on Joe Wicks YouTube page (click the link to go straight there) If you're a real beginner and haven't worked out in a while I would say look for his beginner workout - it will still kill you believe me! Then work your way up. the great thing is, for this cycle you don't need any equipment, just an internet connection. No gym is needed either. If you'd like to look more into HIIT session I have written a blog about them here for Cycle One.
Other that when you do a HIIT session unfortunately you're gonna be eating from a reduced carb meal option. These are still really tasty.
RECIPES
The recipes themselves are really easy to follow, and usually pretty quick, mostly I end up making them for everyone in the household so it takes a little longer just because of the quantity. A lot can be prepped in advance so there's no excuses not to eat well.

All in all I've really liked the cycle, everything is written out for you and easy to make and do. Unfortunately I'm a week behind as I had tonsilitis and couldn't eat properly or workout for over a week. I contacted the team through LiveChat on thebodycoach sign in area and someone was talking to me within seconds and answered all my questions which was great.
HAS IT WORKED?
Do I think this plan has worked for me? Yes. SI could see a definite difference from my beginning photos and in just 4 weeks of work. I have lost 7.5 inches from around my body which I'm really happy with.
I have not found any of the recipes to be bland or boring and there's plenty of variety even if you're a fussy eater.
Did I struggle? Im not going to say everything was plain sailing and easy, I had to force myself to do workouts, sometimes at 6am sometimes at 10pm, but I made sure I got them done and I always tried to do the exercises to the best of my ability.
If you're thinking about signing up, just do it, you wont regret it.
